A dedicated coaching journey for the woman who prefers a purely cognitive and habit-based approach. We focus on “Top-Down” strategies to understand your biology, reset your habits, and quiet the mental noise.
Structure: 6 Coaching Sessions.
The Focus: Resetting your internal dialogue, identifying triggers for high-alert, and establishing firm boundaries between work and life.
